Hello guys AdventureGaming here.I have a solution for people that have cod mw3 and they dont have all zone files i mean all.ff files.this is the solution 20. Of missing files. They hadn't installed when he was downloading the game! Well, my point here is, I'm sure there are others with this problem. Now you can try to download the missing file from the internet, but I almost assure you, if you're missing one file from install, you're missing more. Also you must put the files in you MW2 folder/zone/english just copy/cut them there.
